Mount Tom State Forest
Description
With over 1,700 acres, Mount Tom State Forest is the largest state forest located in Washington County. The property is filled with ample wildlife. Additionally, it is one of the few state forests that can be driven through from one side to the other.
Multiple use trail, hiking, at-large primitive camping, seasonal hunting and trapping with permits, wildlife viewing, snowmobiling. Multiple parking areas, including off of Shaker Hollow Rd., Lincoln Hill Rd., and Chestnut Hill Rd.
