A favorite of the locals, Riverfront Park off Rock St. is a small park with lots of personality. Each year in late May, the Battenkill Conservancy hosts The Battenkill Runs Through It Festival in the park, a celebration of the river with live music, local food, and river activities. Plus, in the fall it’s a great place to see Canadian geese as they migrate through the area!

On your way to the next stop, be sure to pop down Eddy Street to check out the nearby Main Street Train Bridge and Eddy Plow Works building. Both still in use today!
