Mark your calendars! There are some great pop-up markets and shopping trails this season, just in time to bring home something special.

Washington County is home to dozens of artists and makers inspired by the county’s incredible scenery and history.

The Farm Store at Tiashoke kicks off the season on November 11 with a Holiday Market featuring candle makers, quilters, local artisans, and more. And don’t forget to pick up your cheeses from this Cabot farm for your Thanksgiving charcuterie board!

Once the turkey settles Argyle Brewing Co. hosts its own take on Black Friday shopping. Skip the lines and early wake-up call, and head over to Greenwich instead for their makers’ market from 8 AM to noon.

You can find homegrown jams and jellies, Adirondack-inspired home decor, hand-spun knit hats, paintings, and more during Christmas in the Country. Artisans in and around Fort Ann are opening their studios for shopping and fun! December 1 and 2 from 10 AM to 5 PM and December 3 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Check out even more makers at Gather 103’s holiday market in Greenwich on December 9.

For a tastier kind of gift, head to the marketplace at Gardernworks Farm in Salem. Home to their own floral accents and gifts, they also carry products from dozens of local brands and artisans including award-winning cheeses, smokehouse meats, zesty salsas, local maple, and honey treats.
