Elihu Farm has been passionate about pasture since 1986. We raise sheep and lambs for wool, meat and show, as well as hens for eggs. Most of our farm will be farmland forever via easement to the Agricultural Stewardship Association. Our wetland is permanently part of the Federal Wetlands Reserve.
